Do I need to know Facebook Ads?
No.
The workflow is designed for business owners who may not be experienced with Ads Manager. You provide the business information, review what gets generated, then import the campaign using the guide.
Does Ads by Kurso automatically run my ads?
No.
The current workflow creates an import file for Meta Ads Manager. The campaign imports PAUSED. You review it and decide when to turn it on.
Do I need to give you my Facebook password?
No.
Ads by Kurso does not ask for your Facebook password and does not require you to connect your Facebook account. You import the campaign yourself.
What type of campaign does it create?
A Messages campaign that sends people to Messenger with a Send Message button and a prepared welcome message.
It's designed for businesses that sell or take bookings through chat.
How many creatives do I get?
The number generated depends on your daily ad budget.
Your subscription includes up to 100 creative credits per month. One credit equals one generated creative.
Can I edit the ads?
Yes.
You can review and edit the generated copy before exporting your campaign. You also choose which creatives you want to use.
Are the ads written in Taglish?
Natural Taglish is the default.
If you prefer English, you can choose English on the form and the generated copy will follow.
Can I upload my own product photos?
Yes.

What if I run a service business and don't have product photos?

What happens after I import the campaign?
The campaign imports PAUSED.
Review the campaign, creatives, copy, settings, and Messenger setup in Ads Manager. When you're satisfied, you decide whether to turn it on.
I already use ManyChat, Botcake, or Pancake. Can I still use Ads by Kurso?
Yes.
However, follow the import instructions carefully. Opening the imported ads in Ads Manager before turning them on can affect the Messenger welcome message template.
