Terms of Service
Last updated: October 8, 2026
These terms apply to Ads by Kurso (ads.kurso.ph), a service of KURSO.PH OPC (“Kurso.ph”, “we”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. What the service does
You answer a short form about your business. We use artificial intelligence (AI) to make ad images (“creatives”), ad copy, headlines and a Messenger welcome message, and we give you a file that you import into Meta Ads Manager yourself. We do not log in to, connect to, or manage your Facebook account, Page or ad account. Every campaign is imported paused, and you decide whether and when to turn it on.
2. Eligibility and your account
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement.
- You sign in with your email. Keep access to that email secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
- One account is for one person or business. Do not share or resell access.
- Give accurate information. Only submit Facebook Pages and businesses you own or are authorized to advertise for.
3. Plans, credits and payment
- The plan costs ₱4,997 for 30 days of access and includes 100 credits. One credit makes one creative, including manual regenerations. Automatic retries for text errors do not use credits, and creatives that fail to generate are returned to your balance.
- Monthly credits reset at the end of each 30-day period. Unused monthly credits do not roll over.
- Top-up credits (50 for ₱2,499, 100 for ₱4,997) require an active plan, are used after your monthly credits, and roll over until used while your account is active.
- Plans do not renew automatically. If you renew before your plan ends, the new 30 days start when the current period ends.
- Payments are processed by Xendit. Prices are in Philippine pesos and may change; changes do not affect periods you have already paid for.
- Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged for money, except as stated in our Refund Policy.
4. Your responsibilities for your ads
- You are solely responsible for your ads, your Facebook Page, your ad account, your ad spend, and compliance with Meta's Advertising Standards, Commerce Policies and all applicable laws, including consumer protection, advertising and data privacy laws.
- Review every creative, text, headline and welcome message before you publish. Our compliance check helps catch common policy issues but is not legal advice and does not guarantee approval by Meta.
- The product details, prices, promos, proof and photos you submit must be true and yours to use. We build ads only from the facts you give us; you are responsible for their accuracy.
5. What you may not do
- Advertise illegal, prohibited, dangerous, deceptive or adult products or services, or anything that violates Meta's policies.
- Upload photos, logos or content you do not have the right to use, or photos of people without their consent.
- Try to make false claims, fake reviews, fake testimonials, or misleading income or health claims.
- Abuse, overload, reverse engineer, scrape or interfere with the service, or use it to build a competing service.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules, without refund.
6. AI-generated content
Creatives and copy are produced by AI models and may contain errors, including misspelled text, inaccurate details or images that differ from your real product. Check everything before use. Similar outputs may be generated for other users. Subject to your payment and these terms, you may use the creatives, copy and files we generate for your own advertising. You keep ownership of the photos, logos and content you upload, and you give us permission to use them only to provide the service to you.
7. No guarantee of results
We do not guarantee any number of messages, leads, sales, revenue, ad approvals or any other result. Results depend on your product, offer, budget, Meta's systems and many factors outside our control.
8. Third-party services
The service relies on third parties, including Meta (Ads Manager), Xendit (payments), and providers for hosting, storage, email and AI. Their own terms apply to your use of their services, and we are not responsible for their availability or actions, including Meta's review, rejection or restriction of your ads or accounts.
9. Availability and changes
We may update, change or discontinue features, and we may perform maintenance that briefly interrupts the service. We will give reasonable notice of material changes to these terms by email or on this page. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, the service is provided “as is”, and Kurso.ph is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits, ad spend, or account restrictions. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Philippine law that cannot be waived.
11. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if required by law. Sections on your responsibilities, limitation of liability and governing law survive termination.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes are subject to the proper courts of the Philippines.
